Heidi is a native of Maryland and of Guatemalan roots. Prior to joining the team in October 2019, Heidi has worked with the immigrant community since 2010 for private and non-profit immigrant advocates. Being the first U.S.-born member of her family, Heidi is passionate about helping immigrants succeed in the U.S. as she understands the sacrifices made to achieve the American Dream. ​
